Shipping policy

Delivery times vary depending on the delivery address provided by the Purchaser. These delivery times can be between 2 and 5 working days. The delivery times provided are merely indicative and are in no way contractual. Any delay in delivery does not mean the customer has the right to cancel the order or to receive any compensation.

Orders made on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays or on holidays are handled on the following Monday or the next working day.

The products are delivered to the address provided by the Purchaser when ordering.

If the delivery address is incomplete or erroneous or the packages are not collected, thus requiring the transporter to return the product(s) ordered, the additional costs incurred by this failing are to be paid by the Purchaser. The order can only be re-shipped once the Purchaser has paid the re-shipping costs.

In no case whatsoever is an incident during transport a cause for Company liability.

It is up to the Purchaser to clearly and precisely state the delivery address when ordering as well as a contact telephone number where they can be reached to ensure the delivery will be properly completed.

If the Purchaser is absent during a delivery to the address indicated on the order, a delivery notification is usually left in the letterbox provided it is accessible.

This delivery notice is proof that the delivery occurred and also mentions the place where the package can be collected or the possibilities for a new delivery.

If the Purchaser has not collected the package, presenting a piece of valid ID on collection, within fifteen (15) days after the date on the delivery notice, then the package returns to the Company. It can then be sent back out to the Purchaser, who will have to pay the re-shipping costs.

Reception of the products is confirmed with a client signature on the transporter control system. On delivery, the Purchaser is required to check the state of the package and the products before accepting them and to refuse reception if they appear damaged.
